“I had a little accident which led to a broken taillight. And my car was making noise. And needed an oil change. John made sure all the issues were repaired and I was able to pick up the car the same day, despite how busy they were. John knew I was dependent on my vehicle and moved the schedule around to accomodate me. Twin Towers provides excellent service and they stand behind their work. “I was referred here by a friend. I was out of state and had a dead battery. I called and spoke with John. He was knowledgeable about my car. We made arrangements to get the car to his location. John called after the problem was reviewed and explained my issue. He quoted me a price and I authorized the repair. This was all done on the phone. They then returned the car to my home as agreed.Hopefully I will not have to have my car repaired, but if needed this is where I will go.”Ian Shore

“My visit with Twin Towers Service Station was awesome!! I went there for a Maryland vehicle inspection. Instead of feeling like I was sitting in a business waiting room, I felt like I was sitting in John's living room. “John, the store manager is the best. He is honest. John will only repairs what needs repair and no more. If he sees anything that needs attention, he will make a point of it. I went to John as my car was riding a bit rough and needed an advice. I thought I had a problem with the suspension, shocks etc. I left the car for a diagnoses. He called me back, all I needed was an aligniment, tire rotation, and my tires were over inflated. Now, tell me if that is not being honest. Thumbs up! “I 100% recommend Twin Towers Service. Customer Service was A++. Immediately meeting John you could just tell he is a stand up guy. I feel like everyone could be a bit tense about getting your car checked out not being sure if you could get scammed or jipped. But John was really honest and even took the time to call a transmission specialist to double check if I should have that service done and even though it would have put a few hundred dollars in his pocket he actually advised that I shouldn't get it done cause it could just cause trouble for my car.
